   Project-Based        Learning

Students at the Peregrine School learn through short and long-term projects and themes.

For example, last year's theme in the Escuelita classroom was "Around the World." Every month, students learned about a different country including its climates, habitats, and social customs.

While studying maps, some of the students became interested in flags. The creation of world flags using a variety of materials and methods became a year-long project.

Tours of the Early Childhood Center are given every Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. If you like, bring your

Tours of the Elementary School begin every Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. If you are interested in a tour of the Elementary program, please contact Mischa Erickson at (530) 753-5500. We also offer a series of open houses in April and May. For more information on our open houses, click here.
