multiculturalism.rocks/

Pronounced “mm-VON-do.” The “m” is silent.

NJ wrote and sold her first book when she was seven, in Cameroon. Ever since, she has fallen in love with writing and followed her tribe’s–Bulu–tradition of storytelling.

She is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI), a member of the Association of Children’s Authors and Illustrators of Color (ACAIC), and a graduate of the Institute of Children’s Literature.

NJ lives in Northern California. She writes children’s stories and young adult fiction; English is her third language. She owns a multicultural bookstore, Multiculturalism Rocks! Pop-Up, through which she primarily sells multicultural and bilingual books by small presses and independent authors.
