9:00–9:15 Morning Activities. Children sign in, greet friends, enjoy choice time inside or outside

9:15–9:35 Morning Meeting. Classmates greet each other and everyone reads the morning message and schedule, checks the calendar, counts the number of days in school, and sings a song.  Morning meeting happens in English, Spanish, and Mandarin (depending on the day).

9:35–9:45 Wiggle break

9:45–10:30 Math. Mini-lesson on the rug, followed by group or individual work

​

10:30–11:00 Snack and Recess

​

11:00–12:00 Langauge Arts

​

12:00–1:15 Recess and Lunch

​

1:15–1:35 Rest / Mindfulness

​

1:35–2:00 Read Aloud / Share time

 

2:00 PM–2:45 Choice Work Time / Specialty Classes (Movement, Music, Art, Spanish, and Mandarin).

 

2:45–3:00 Closing Circle. Children share a “Today I remember…” and say good-bye to one another
